“I dream of a galaxy where your eyes are the stars and the universe worships the night.” Commander William T. Riker – Star Trek: The Next Generation
Layers and layers of atc sized paper. Each page was cut freehand with an x-acto blade … kinda like a zentangle with x-acto. Very fun to do. The planets are from an image from the net.
Sketched the eyes on marker paper then colored with Bic markers and Prismacolor pencils. The background was sponged with SU Night of Navy and Brilliance Moonlight White. The ‘stars’ were then added using a toothpick with a tiny bit of gesso.
Once all the atc sized pages were completed, they were stacked and drilled with a 1/16 bit, then tied together.
TFL and wishing you a happy day!

Thud! I don't know where to start. I wish I could see this up close. Take some side angle close ups will ya? Layers and layers of artful yumminess. Where in the world are you learning this? Mars? LOL Sketched the eyes? Get out! You have mad talent my dear. I cannot grasp how to approach doing this. Do you start from the top layer and go back or work from the back to the front. I'm so confused. We seriously need a class. The only thing I understand is the drilling. I have a 1/16th bit and could maybe drill the hole but that's it. LOL
