Wow, SO pretty! The "piped" icing looks great, the embossing adds lots of texture, I can't seem to make a card anymore without embossing something. Love the tiny little flowers too. Beautiful.

Still looks yummy! I love the texture you gave this pretty cake. I hope you didn't lick the spatula when you were messing with the frosting! I love lemon cake!

Don't give us that excuse, LOL---we know it looked so good you had to resist temptation and take a taste--like a kid caught with her hand in the cookie jar---err--cake. Gre double layer cake, and love those flavors. Looks fancy with embossing--cute!

Fran this looks good enough to eat. I love that you stuck your hand I the glossy accents....that is sooooo something I would do. I think it adds authenticity to your magnificent cake. The EF to create swirls is pure genius.

Done that in real life with decorating - and plenty of times with Liquid Pearls too ;-). I love the embossing. And lemon and coconut - sounds like a delish combination. I once made DH a coconut and Malibu cake for his birthday, but on its own I find coconut a little sweet.
