I received a Christmas card last year from my Mother-in-law, Sharron, that had a snowman (similar to the one I made) on it. I wanted to recreate the snowman. I added the touque and made different branches. I used three different sized circles.
For the background - I made the designer paper. First I randomly punched snowflake in a 5 x 5 piece of paper. I used it as a stencil and used tempting turquoise, bashful blue and soft sky for the snowflakes. Next I placed a polka stencil overtop of the snowflakes and sponged on night of navy. Stamped the sentiment and coloured the polka dots with copic markers. Matted with silver glitter paper. Sewed around edges. Punched out the snowflakes and attached with brads.
Thanks for looking,
Hugs..Pat
