Hi, everyone! This week's Ways To Use It Challenge is to use some sort of embossing resist technique. For this card I used just the straight embossing resist technique, by embossing the image in copper and then sponging the blue ink over it. The base of the globe is half of an oval punch, but all of the other copper pieces of the globe stand were cut from the 'ODBD Custom Circle Ornaments' Die set. On the sentiment panel, the earth was stamped several times in blue, the sentiment was copper embossed, then I sprinkled copper embossing powder all over the panel and heated it from underneath so it would not blow away. I learned this technique from the awesome and talented Taylor Usry.....thanks, Taylor!!!!
Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

Holy Smokes! This is wonderful! Your globe is out of this world amazing! I love how you created that stand in copper. It just gleams. The globe itself looks like an antique engraving. What a great card this is and perfect for the guys in our lives. Thanks for passing on the embossing tip. Will have to try that!
