What a great site for inspiration to-day. When I saw this pin http://www.pinterest.com/pin/1407443603175101/ I knew exactly what my card was going to be...well sort of! I bought a whole box of pre-cut double sided cards from My Mind's Eye and just came across them to-day...bonus! Better get them used up before they mold! LOL The twigs are from Spellbinder and the branches from my close friend Martha Stewart. All I really had to do was add some sparkly gems and a greeting from Elizabeth Craft Designs (which is cut from gift wrap).

Wow! So very much to love in your card. Are the skates die cuts...if so who makes them? I love that your sentiment was cut from Christmas wrapping paper - perfect! I had to laugh about your "good friend Martha" - for awhile I'm sure that my husband thought I was having an affair. After work I would always go to Michaels and come home in a good mood! Thanks for sharing this lovely inspired card.

This is so awesome. When I was a child I couldn't wait to get home and go skating on the local pond. Love when a card can bring back wonderful memories. Love the sprigs, berries and branches - super!

Oh you lucky girl! You had ice skates! When I saw that decoration I so wanted to do it... it pulled at my heart strings and happy memories of long ago... but no skates to use. You really knocked a home run with this one!!! Cleverly done!!!
