For this week's ways-to-use-it challenge, masking. I do mask and sponge a lot! However, I'd not done retiform, so I threw that into this card. The raccoon was colored then masked and the area around him sponged and over-stamped in a negative mask. With the sentiment strip, I sponged it in a negative mask. Both the image panel and the sentiment strip were then masked and I did the retiform thing. Except for the frame, it's all one layer.

I love your bright cheerful retiform, Brenda. And I'm tickled that you used a racoon, I was really hoping someone would come up with that as a possibility :-).
I'm going to remember the way you've framed the retiform panel too -it finishes it off so well, which is something I always struggle with with this technique.
