This cards is for the Ways to Use It Challenge - WT451 - Masked Fun (10/31/2013). Masking is not something I do a lot of, so I kept it simple and stuck to the basics! I stamped the goose image on the 4" sq panel, cut a post-a-note mask for the goose and sponged. I used the negative space from a SU Window Frame die cut as the shape for sponging the background for the goose. Easy peasy! Hard to see here, but I also lightly sponged the edge around the square with Summer Sky ink to soften it and did the same around the oval sentiment.
Thanks for taking the time to peek at my Masked Fun card! Happy Halloween!

But isn't even basic masking beautiful! This certainly is. The branch border is a lovely frame to your sunny summer scene. I've been looking out for that set on eBay, I've seen some wonderful cards made with it. Thanks for getting a mask out today!!

What a great way to create the masking! I love this, and your punched border adds so much even though it's the same color as your card base! Beautiful~
