Our challenge for today's Teapotter Tickle, is to come to a Masquerade party dressed as a historical person or fictional character. I choose to come as SANTA!
Santa is lovable, caring, kind, giving, wise and everybody loves him. His life goal is to bring good will, joy and happiness to each boy and girl (kids and adults alike.) He encourages everyone to keep the joy and giving spirit of Christmas in their hearts every day of the year, and to spread that good will toward each other. And on top of all that do-good stuff ...
He eats, drinks and is merry every day. He never diets as his objective is to chubby-up by Christmas Eve! Hee! His diet consists of mainly hot chocolate (the real stuff, no instant from a can), every imaginable kind of cookie and dessert, and holiday feasts. He never gets sick and he never gets old. He spends a lot of his days reading letters from people, mainly who ask him for the things their heart's desire, but sometimes gets letters from people in distress or who are having hard times and he tries to help. In his employ are a zillion cute elves who are toy makers, who dance, sing and are always smiling. He gets to play with toys, games and whatever all they make in the workshop, anytime he wants to. Santa has magic dust to make reindeer fly and every Christmas Eve, he makes a trip around the world and a stop at every house, by "slowing down" or "stopping" time. How cool would that be? His best friends are Frosty and Winter and the Good Witch of the North. He personally knows the Abominable Snowman and takes part in the Yeti Fest every year. You get the idea.

Gabby your card is so much in the spirit of Christmas and your story certainly reminds me of that too. I love the papers and burlap you have used. Thank you so much for joining us at Merry Monday.

Loved your story and your santa is adorable--loved by all. I would not mind being him--never having to watch what you eat and just enjpy everything. Love your back grounds and colors---all out great card for someone lucky to get it.
