This is for Kathleen's HYCCT1327 challenge Honor Your Elders. I made this card to honor my grandmother, who loved her flower beds and worked them well into her eighties. She had a lot to do with turning me into the person I am today, and I loved her dearly.
This gorgeous paper did all the work for me. The flowers are glittered; you can get just a glimpse in the photo. I added ribbon across the corners and heat embossed the sentiment before matting it and attaching with foam tape for dimension. That's it!
As always, thanks for looking!

What a lovely card. This is a great way to honour your grandmother! And isn't it a joy to reflect on how these courageous women from previous generations have blessed us when we can recognize the treasure of their investment into us. I appreciate what you shared about her as well as I appreciate your card! TFS
