This is for Kathleen Lammie's HYCCT challenge to honor our elders. I gave this a lot of thought and in the end, I went with honoring a couple of friends that are NOT elderly or aged but are just a little bit older then me. I know that's not the exact description of "elder" but these ladies have made a difference in my life. I have explored things I would never have tried if it wasn't for their influence. They are active in serving their communities, their conversation is sweet and they have a sense of fun about them. To share a cup of tea with these two ladies would be a thrill!!!

loved reading your story and this card is a nice tribute to those 'gals'! I too, feel blessed by ladies who have given me their time and talents . Your teapot and cup sets the perfect scene. Nicely done

These are some of the most beautiful die cuts I have seen! Accented with your pearls and that gorgeous teal paper this card really caught my eye! This is gorgeous Angie and what wonderful friends you must have.

This is so pretty!!! Are those new die cuts? They make such lovely set! I especially like how you added the pearls with such perfect placement! I am so glad you shared a bit about your dear friends! I am regretting using the words elders, and really should have just said anyone you admire or has inspired you. This is a gorgeous card to honor your friends, thank you again!!!
