This card celebrates our newest QFTD187, Priscilla (catluvr2). She has a terrific gallery and I was inspired by one of her cards that she made using a Vector computer program. Mine is distressed and grungy compared to the shiny, smooth beauty she achieved. My inspiration:
I used an MFT die to cut out the stars, colored my LKR stamp with five shades of SU blue markers and stamped over the die cut cardstock. Cut and embossed the SB pumpkin. Stamped it with a CTMH leaf pattern in metallic gold ink. Distressed the edges and stem with the same. Sponged edges and randomly sponged focal panel with the gold, as well. For some reason, some of the gold w/the blues took on a "dirty" green tone. Go figure! Blue/yellow makes green, so blue/gold makes green? Hee?!? Mounted on a SU navy base.
This card is also for the current CCEE1343 challenge to create a Halloween card with NO orange, black, green or purple.

Your BG is fantastic! Love the pattern stamp on the pumpkin and the metallic ink really makes it pop. Not an easy task to make a Halloween card w/o orange, but you did it beautifully! I'm so flattered that you found inspiration in my gallery. Thank You!

Miss Gabby you are the Queen of Halloween. Your cards are all incredible. The work on this card is amazing, I love the pumpkin!! I couldn't work out on the thumbnail if it was a pumpkin or a pottery vase. Either way I LOVE this!!!
