I made this for Bev's Pocket Full of Hope HYCCT challenge.
Sorry, Bev - I couldn't work orange in but I have hearts and stars. I was going to pretty this up some, but then I reckoned that as it stands it's a card that a wife could give her partner - the heart adds a feminine touch but it's not frilly or frou-frou.
Sponged blue card with inks for a faux denim look. Stitched the "pocket" and stuck it down. The heart patch was made by weaving together strips on two colours of pink and then cutting with the heart die.
I printed the sentiment, then punched the tag and stamped it with the gingham in Faded Jeans. Stapled on a cardboard star from my Christmas box, instead of the flowers I'd originally been thinking of.
