Today Tenia's challenge is "Sticking by your side" and she challenged us to make a background from washi tape. I had just placed a giant order for these ADORABLE washi tape holders from them and a few rolls of tape snuck in my basket as well. These three tapes came in a bundle and I thought they were so pretty together. They look like old fashioned wallpaper.

Not sure about old-fashioned wallpaper that you'd see here, LOL, but I know for sure they look HAPPY together , and so summery. And oh my, the bling - it's fantastic with the tape! From the thumb I thought it was a stamped scroll-type frame - fun to see how much more it really was as the big image opened up.

This thumbnail was so eye-catching I just HAD to open the image. I LOVE the colors, and that bling is awesome! Everything looks so cool against the simplicity of the text bg!

Love your style, Lydia. Great background paper, but actually the best of your card is the washi tape used to make a birthday present along with greeting. Wonderful design.

Your card title cracks me up!! That's my line *hahaha* I actually thought it was designer paper at first. It's a fresh, fun twist using Washi tape. I'm pressing the imaginary "like" button on this one Lydia. We need that option don't cha think?

I am dying at your pretty washi tape! Oh. My. Word. The aqua with roses is possibly the prettiest I've ever seen! And the bling is just...I don't know...amazeballs? All on top of a newsprint background. It's a trifecta of awesome.
