for the HYCCT Colors of October challenge (HYCCT1312) When I saw the ring in the sample photos I knew I had to use this shimmery Opal paper. The photo doesn't do it justice. Its so pretty in person.
I used a blossom punch to make the white "cosmo" flower.

Oh my gosh. This paper is exactly what you see in a beautiful opal. So perfect for the month of October and I'm sure just what Patty had in mind. I like that you kept things simple so this background could really shine.
Well you hit the nail on the head with today's challenge. Your card covers the October colors, but what makes it really stand out is that lovely shimmery opal paper. I really love that delicate white with the elegant center. So well done.
