I have chosen the cancer color of orange (kidney) because of my MIL. I could have chosen 4 other colors as well, she has had cancer before, breast, bowel x 2, kidney that has now moved to her spine (bone cancer). She is a walking testament to the word that I put on the inside of my card: Strength
She is going through chemo (again) and is handling this whole nightmare pretty well. We are hoping for a very good result, cuz lets face it, she's had a lot of practice.

Oh, hugs for your strong and persevering MIL. What an inspiration and another great reminder for why we do this event. Beautiful card and I hope your sending this one along to your MIL.

I wish you MIL all the best as she continues with her struggle with cancer. In the meantime, you've created something really beautiful as a tribute to her.
