Okay, I was a tiny bit leery of this challenge. I am a weenie and I have been known to be cut by marshmallows and bananas, so cutting open a soda can was OUT OF THE QUESTION. Even though my deductible has been met for this year, I really wasn't relishing a trip to the ER. I had a piece of tooling copper in my stash and VERY CAREFULLY ran it through the cuttlebug with the leaf EF. It was pretty sharp so I cut a frame and sealed it between two pieces of cardstock--didn't want any of our patients suffering any more needlessly! Any way, for the first time, I ranked a card 2 on the difficulty scale. (Just to CMA in case someone else does this! )
Wished I'd had a wider plaid ribbon in my stash but it'll do, it'll do.

I'm glad no fingers were injured in the making of this! Your copper bg is stunning! I love all the fall accents here and especially the "love" message pinned on the ribbon. Lovely card Jean!
Gasp :-) I love this!!!!! Copper is one of my favorites and it works beautifully with the leaves and ribbon! Thanks for playing along and I'm glad you finished without any damage:-)

WOW, this is gorgeous, Jean. You made me chuckle about the potential for injury but I am glad you placed the copper sheet in a paper frame for the patient's sake!

HAA! Those bananas can be sharp--I feel your pain! LOL! LOVE THIS CARD! I too had some metal sheeting but I sure didn't come up with anything this awesome!

I didn't see any blood on your card, so I guess you were careful enough, Jean. I love the embossed copper piece -- and that plaid ribbon is super. I think I might have some of that left on a roll in a drawer somewhere.
