I love the Featured Stamper challenge, often for the enjoyment of looking through a gallery that I might otherwise miss. This week's choice is no exception. Darlene's gallery is relatively small but mighty! There were so many clever cards and ideas I plan to come back and CASE. Additionally, I found another treasure by going on her blog. Darlene is a follower of Hands Free Revolution - an inspirational blog about taking time to appreciate the important things in life. Thanks, Darlene. I'm joining you as a new follower and sending the link to my adult children.
Enough of all of that, I have a limited time in my craft room today, so I chose a simple card from Darlene's gallery to CASE. I love the look of the rectangular main panel, with the image more of a square shape. Rather than stamp the bg, I used an EB folder and patterned paper. I also added a bow and button. I have a bag of orchard-fresh apples in my fridge, so this card is a perfect match for where my frame of mind is in autumn. What's better than a trip to the orchard and a cup of hot cider and apple cinnamon donut?!? Yum!
Thanks for the many gifts I received today, Darlene. Enjoy your well-deserved week. All the best to you.

Cathy, your coloring of the Karen Lockhart image of the bowl of ripe apples is so beautifully done. With your lovely autumn bg colors and DPs make for a very pretty card.
