One of the things that sunflowers symbolize is strength, so I thought this needle felted pin would be perfect to use for Lydia's challenge. I picked up several of these cute pins at a craft show... the ladies in the booth had several cards made using the pins, so thought I'd do likewise. I told them I'd give them credit, ... you can see more of their work on their FaceBook page. I'll stick a note in the cellophane envelope so the card-giver/recipient know that it is removable.

Wow. Two things that are near and dear to my heart. My great grandmother, who lived to be 103, used to embroider and paint the sunflower fields at her farm in Minot, and every time I see a sunflower, I think of her, so this is extra sweet for me. Second - I LOVE needle felting - maybe almost as much as I love stamping. So what a wonderful combo. Thank you!
What a great card with a little something extra. Well done.
