LATE AGAIN!!!
This is for Featured Stamper FS346 Curt O'Brian. I actually started out casing an entirely different card and technique and then changed my mind. His gallery ROCKS and it is hard to decide which one to case!
I have had these newer colors in Distress Ink for a few months and have not yet used them on a project and decided to use this challenge to try them out!
I was inspired by his use of Distress inks on this card:
I made the panel and my husband insisted I needed either some writing or a coin on it as he felt the stamp has an oriental flavor. I owned nothing like that so I borrowed this one.
Curt's card is an "under the sea" theme and I loved the shades of blues he used.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I love your take on my card and love the colors you chose for this one. The Asian look of this card is beautiful! I appreciate you playing the challenge. I'm so honored that you did! Best, Curt

I too have had those colors for some time and never dreamed they would blend so beautifully together! The masked, sponged panel is gorgeous. I love the oriental flavor of this!

My husband makes recomendations on my cards sometimes too. He is not an artist, but he is right most of the time. I like your husband's recomendaiton. Your card has a wonderful relaxing feel to it. TFS
