Janelle gave us a challenge to used tissue paper that's been crumbled. I used white and glued it on with modpodge. Next I used smoky slate ink pad on the embossing folder and ran it through. Using modeling cream applied to the raised parts. Cut out the piece and added shirred ribbon. Finished with more ribbon and sentiment. This is a fun technique that I will do again. tfl
