Made this card awhile back for FS341 (hlw966), but didn't want to post until the birthday girl (Nancy Littrell) had received it. I chose this card of Heidi's to CASE. I kept the same general layout, but moved my circle to the other side, skipped the EF, opting instead to go with a sentiment.
I paper pieced my darling PI stamper's outfit to coordinate with the flags on the card.
