This was a card 3 days in the making. I tried a couple of times to put it together and it just didn't feel "RIGHT" so I set it aside and fiddled with it more until finally 3 days in the making if feels right. I combined the SC454,WT445 and MIX34 challenges. I have more about it on my blog Mississippi-Mcgyver. I am sharing this card with Word Art Wednesday.

This is a gorgeous card which actually looks like a wall hanging!! I love the warmth of the colors and your terrific stitching. That sentiment is so true and so awesome. It was those verses on worry that I memorized first. I think it has helped, but one can always use a refresher. I love those hand made roses also MariLynn. I treid making some, but didn't like the way they turned out. This card was worth the few day wait. :>)

I so appreciate your post on this card MariLynn-sometimes it is a very lengthy process! I love the mix of dp (I'm not one to use a lot of it either though you couldn't tell by my stash!) and your painted butterfly is so pretty. The black framing and stitched and lace accents add so much to the look of the card!

I just turned the computer and showed Bailey the awesome gorgeousness of this creation...She said, "That is so pretty." The detail is extraordinary with all of the stitching....I need to learn to do it. You should incorporate it into every card you do..it is lovely. Love the layout and flower placement, too.
