Hi everyone, and happy fall!
While I was on vacation the team over at Sweet n Sassy Stamps had their September Release Blog Hops. I missed out on the first three. But this weeks Color Challenge, hosted by Nancy, has allowed me to give you a peek at the card I created using our new Seasonal Wreaths Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies. I'm also entering this card into the Monthly Theme Challenge - Branching Out. As you can see my little neighborhood is full of trees.
The stamp I selected is a berry wreath. But when I saw it, I saw candy corn! Now who doesn't love candy corn?! There may even be some sugar babies lurking in there somewhere *giggle*
I think I covered all the fall colors listed with both my cardstock and October Afternoon designer paper. And... I even used the dessert option! Here's something I've always done from the beginning of my paper crafting venture. When using designer paper, don't be shy about cutting it up. Look for the little icons that can be used for embellishments.
I cut out one of the little houses and put it up to the left for a nice balance. The candy corn wreath is the focal point (front and center). I love it and hope you will too.
Until next time,
Candy corn wishes, and sugar baby hugs!

This is super duper cute Susie. I love all the brilliant colours and design. I had to "google" candy corn, I found out on Wikipedia that it is a USA and Canadian sweet treat. Sounds great, we Aussies need to get out more.
Don't take your organs to heaven - heaven knows we need them here.
