I made this card using Korin's sketch SC454 and Joan's tlc447 Fill it up (stamp the same stamp over and over again all over your background).
A dear friend lost her mother, her last living parent, a year ago this week. I thought I would send her a note to let her know I was thinking and praying for her. She likes all things soft and elegant so I chose to use SU Thoughts and Prayers and the sentiment from Upsy daisy and add embossing to soften it. I challenged myself to not add ribbon. I did, however, add pearls to the center of my flowers on my image panel.

Chris this is absolutely gorgeous and what a nice thing to do, to send to your friend... love how you made the bg, the beautiful soft colours, the addition of the little pearls in the centre of the flowers and of course your wonderful stitching... love, love, love it....
