No she did not cheat! Look on the inside to see where I used my border punch. I used an oak leaf that fluttered down on my deck along with a whole lot of others... I so agree - when you've gone to the effort to make a pretty background, it makes no sense at all to cover it up - so a CAS treatment is perfect and the white-on-white punched border inside is a lovely addition.
