Saw how much everyone loved the baseballs with Curt's mug on them. SO I thought, maybe someone would love a coffee mug with Curt's mug on them. What do you think?.....
Had fun with this one. Did a mixed media like bg by gesso'ing white cs, adding some sports tape gesso'ing over that. Then I put white opaque flakes on the top for the wall texture and painted the bottom. When the flakes dried, I painted over them.
While all this was drying, I gessoed some white paper, when dry I drew my coffee cup and honey dipper with honey, traced around it with a black pen then painted it with acrylic paints. When dry, I put gloss varnish over top, dried it and cut it out. Feels sort of like vinyl.
Added some dimension by using modeling paste and a stencil, glued on my image using matte medium and stamped the date stamp. Put it all on a black card.
Well I hope you can feel the "honey" from this card. It is even a little sticky! hehe Honey always gets everywhere.......TFL :0)

This is awesome for the challenge! If you ever decide to design stamps I'd like to be the first in line!! This sketch is SO fun and so is that fabulous background!
