It's been awhile since I've been able to participate in my favourite challenge, CAS, but when I saw it was stencils, I just had to make time. This is also for the current Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger challenge. I used various inks on the damask stencil, then added the butterfly/rose/pin embellishment - I didn't have enough different inks to make it truly ombre, but tried with what I have for that effect.
Because this is already a little "busier" than I usually create for CAS and I didn't want to clutter up the stenciled bg, I stamped the little sentiment on a bit of gingham ribbon and attached it to the butterfly, it's kind of a clothing label effect!
The pins are dyed to match with a few drops of copic ink.
