The design of this dress (and the design of the Monsoon website) reminded me of the Henna Embossing Folder, so I used it on Core'dinations Cardstock and then used a nail file to start sanding, so I could get all of the little embossed details without tearing the paper.
I added an embossed strip that I embellished with pearls, which is perfect for the Pearl Challenge at the Paper Playtime Challenge. I thought it look more balanced to the left rather than the center like the dress ... it also allowed more of the beautiful embossing of the main panel to show through. I mounted the panel on black cardstock base to give it the same framed look as the dress.
After trying several different sentiment options, I decided on Journey Script, which captures the global feeling of Monsoon's designs.
