This week the teaparty is headed to Arlington Tx to Doreen. She was brought to our attention by her sister Diann (SCS member westiemom).
Doreen is a school teacher and loves her little beagle dog. She has had kidney problems most of her life and just received her 2nd kidney transplant. Her first transplanted kidney lasted for 26 yrs which is quite good. She's doing well but still has lots of Dr. visits and worries while they make sure that her body accepts this kidney. This means that she isn't able to go back to work yet or out in public much until her immune system settles down. So she could use some good cheer and hopeful notes to brighten her days.
Doreen loves strawberries and her beagle, so I took this Bugaboo digi and changed it from a wheel barrow full of autumn leaves to one filled with starwberries and her beagle. The strawberries are a digi by Tiffany Doodles and the beagle is a digi by Can You Digi it?
I used some die cuts for the vines and flowers and my Cricut for the strawberries. Then I stamped encouraging messages and verses on each flap.
I loved opening up the gallery this morning and seeing all the strawberries!!! What a YUMMY gallery!!!

What a neat style and sooooo adorable and cute. LOVE how you surrounded the cuties with the love and scripture for Doreen...and with such cute cheery colors adn great coloring....right on...:0). Do the corners all fit in together or fold in together ? Or is there a style name for this lovely card...?...TFS..|:0)...oh and meant to mention too how sweeet that you added the extra helper in the wheel barrow for her, makes it so much more personal...:0)

This should really lift Doreen's spirits, Kathleen! How thoughtful of you to put so much encouraging scripture for her to think on! Adorable image and such a sweet doggie in that wheelbarrow! And your flourish full of flowers and strawberries is perfecto~
