I made this card for my mum's 65th which is today. She loves birds and yellow and I used a little of both on this card.
I used Stampin Up's Aviary stamp set and stamped it in versa mark and embossed it with Stampin Up's gold embossing powder on Stampin Up's Whisper White cardstock. I then cut it out using spellbinders long rectangle dies.
I used a new punch set by EK Success mini flags and punched out of scrap patterned paper and made a banner.
I used Stampin Up's Soft Suede cardstock and patterned paper from a 6x6 pad of We R Memory Keepers Babymine and a 6x6 pad First Edition Paper called Spring Feast.
The 65 is hand cut using a very old letter/number stencil. Possibly by Provo Craft.
I've inked most of the edges using Stampin Up's Soft Suede.
