This is for the MIX29 challenge, to make something cracked and something stitched.
I painted a piece of mat board with blue acrylic paint, let it dry, and brushed over it with Distress Crackle Paint. After that dried, the Inkadinkado image was stamped with black Stazon and colored with Distress markers. I sprayed it with a matte sealer because I really wasn't certain the crackle wouldn't flake off.
The mat board was really too heavy to attach to a card, so I misted the back side with water and rubbed off several layers of paper with my fingers. I distressed the edges and brushed them with white ink.
I edged the black cs layer with a MS edge punch and stamped the Stampendous stitch in white ink. Before it was dry I touched it lightly to give it a slightly softer look.
As always, thanks for looking!
