What an elegant yet easy card I found to make in Gail's lovely gallery! I picked it because I hadn't used any of my wheels in ages, and they need a little love. I thought I had that exact wheel, but after a 15 minute search to accomplish what I thought was going to a 10 minute card. I ended up with a different wheel. Yeah, right. Now I know why those wheels don't get used much. To save time I didn't want to unearth the tool I paid no telling what for in my stamproom, I just rolled away. After about 5 tries, here's the best of my efforts. After all of that, I did remember where I had one of those purchased embellished butterflies in a drawer, I slapped that baby on, and what should have been a quick and easy, ended up taking 25 minutes! I guess I am lucky the search for the wheel didn't distract me worse. I tried to stay on the task at hand. Love all you do here on SCS, Gail. I am amazed that any mom of 6 children has time for a hobby! You are incredible.

Love the mixed sentiments on your wheel, the embellished butterfly, too! I'm just like you, hunting for a specific tool or paper or embellishment and it takes longer to look for it than to make the card itself, lol!

Oooh, love the look of this with the sentiment wheel! Makes me think about the Fall one that I have paired with a leaf. Thanks for your kind words too-you notice my signature line, stamping and creating is a great outlet for me and now that we're down to 4 kids at home (1 who is an adult) and we're in a house where I have an area set up in the basement I can pop down any time and leave my mess behind
