Polly, I love this precious image done on a black and white gingham background. Gingham has always reminded me of simpler days and the sentiment is perfect. Some things bring instant memories and gingham print has always done that for me.

Oh yes - I love my gingham stamp. I've never tried it in black though, and after seeing this I know that's something I'll have to try out. It's great with that little girl - her jacket reminds me of one my sister had when she was about 4.

Delightful card, Polly, with that sweet image and great message. Love your gingham backgrounder....you did black/white, but you could make any color gingham with inks that you have. Pretty little "star flowers".

Pol, that gingham stamp is awesome! You stamped it so perfectly, it really does look like DP! Your little star flowers are so sweet and whimsical! Wonderful little bit of color too!
