This week's teaparty takes us to Edmonton Alberta, Canada where we are sending our love to Debby who is the sister of Elizabeth (I Love Rubber). Debby has had many difficult times with her health and we were asked to make cards for sisters. I am fortunate to have a dear sister, 4 years my junior, and have many fond memories of our growing up together, along with our brother.
I just loved this darling vintage image from freevintagedigistamps.blogspot.com, I printed out onto white cardstock and adhered to Blushing Bride c/s. My bg dp is Bermuda Bay paper stacks dp and my textured pink dp is the now retired Twitterpated which I ran through my cuttlebug. I added pleated ribbon and the 2 flowers. I will add a nice sentiment inside for Debby.
TFL!!

Wow Sue, another Fav. This weeks Teaparty is full of precious cards, how wonderful for Debby. I love vintage cards and this sure is pure joy. The image is perfect and your layout is great. I would never have thought to combine those spots with the embossing, it looks fantastic. Straight into My Favs.

Sue that is a gorgeous little girl!!! But (in my humble opinion) you have made the card so pretty with your gorgeous flowers!!! Love that super thin golden die cut behind them too, it looks amazing!!! The pleated ribbon is so pretty too! Beautiful card!!!

What a wonderful vintage photo/image, framed in perfect keeping. The pleated ribbon and flowers look really beautiful, very feminine and a great shabby chic look to go with the the image. It's a lovely colour palette, too.
