Closing in on the finish, I am still enjoying the wonderful DTGD challenges. What fabulous inspiration the hostesses gave us!
35 years ago next month I served as Maid of Honor at my BFF Claudia's wedding. Long story short, a lot of people didn't give them 5 years, but they knew what they were doing! I thought a Victorian theme would suit the day...Used polished stone technique to make the amethyst BG, then ran through TH EF. Stamped the Stamper's Best (yes - the OWH people!) couple in Memento Espresso Truffle on Mike's CS (the thinner weight makes it easier to curl the edge), lightly colored with Copics, sponged and distressed. Stamped the Rubbernecker manifest in Archival Sienna and tore. Mounted all on a sponged Neenah natural white card, adding the heart, lace ribbon & chipboard clock (the hand is an SU spinner - pointed to *35* minutes past the hour). PC generated the sentiment and done.
Thank you Lydia, Makiko and Bev for your inspiration. Thank you all for looking and have a peaceful day.
