I created the background by stamping the background image in Clear Emboss It! ink multiple times on white cardstock and then heat embossing with white embossing powder. Once set I sponged various Distress Inks over the background and matted on black cardstock.
Main image was stamped in black and colored with Copic markers before cutting out (little bird was done separately and then adhered to the gnome). For embellishment I added a few iridescent clear sequins.
