Vicky is our creative and fun hostess over at CCEE Stampers. August already - where has the year gone!
Her first challenge was one I personally always find hard - a colour challenge. We're to use green, tan and brown to make a masculine birthday card - that bit is not so hard .
That seemed to me to call for Lovely as a Tree.
My tan was there at the start - it just almost all disappeared as I made my faux wood panel.
A2 base sponged with Vintage Photo distress stain.
Faux wood - tan card, Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Vintage Photo, Brushed Corduroy. Scored, pierced and finished off with brads and twine tied round.
Image stamped and coloured with distress inks (Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain, Forest Moss, Peeled Paint) and background sponged. TCP sentiment, Spellbinders Deckle Rectangles.

Sabrina this sensational. I can't believe you found time for another challenge. This card would fit DTGD13jmasse perfectly. Love everything about it. The image and background are fantastic.
