Here's my sketch challenge submission. This is such a cool layout!
Last night I went through my 1,000 pieces of cardstock and designer paper and chose the DP I used for one of the layers. I was drawn to the purples and there's a bit of green in it too (I think it's called "puce green"). It's the puce color that led me to my choice of cardstock. Ironically, the puce in the DP got covered up by the big flower!
The butterfly was stamped on a piece of white cardstock that I painted with a paint dabber in "lettuce". Doesn't it match the cardstock perfectly?! I diluted the paint with a bit of water. It was then mounted on a piece of purple purple cardstock. The flower started out white then I sponged the edges of the large and small flower with distress inks.
Enjoy!
