This is my card for the Queen I picked for this week and that would be Queen Gabalot. Yesiree, she does (gab) and so do I. I love her emails and her cards and I love her. She is a fantastic person and makes my day very often.
and I made it with Metal Foil Art style because I know she loves it. As for me, I need LOTS of practice. DH is at this moment at the store buying me more of the silver stuff, so I am going to HAVE to learn how to do this better.
I am honoring Gabby because I happen to know a little bit about her life and the pain she is in and she is SO SWEET all the time, and I sure do think this is a "Queenly characteristic". Many days she doesn't feel good enough to make a card and she does it anyway. I appreciate her sweet spirit and her cute, cute cards. Honors to the Queen!

This is ART! You took the metal challenge and ran with it...I love how you have all the different colors of metal represented here..gold, silver, copper..that skyline and the other elements are fantastic! What a great tribute to Gabby and you're right she is a sweetie!

Carol, this is a wonderful card! Love that technique! Must try it sometime!
------------------------------ Phyllis Young at heart, slightly older in other parts. We really never grow up, we just learn how to act in public!! What if you woke up today with only what you had thanked God for yesterday??

FAB big butterflies above the cityscape and you know I love the foil though I've yet to try it. Like your "patches" and distressing, too. THANKS so much for casing my card for the QFTD challenge this week. Luv ya, too. :D
