What an awesome Mixability challenge to make a mixed media card using stencils. It made me go dig out my favorite stencil. It was the Natural Flourish by Layers of Color. I stenciled that with dark green water color paint. I wanted a little more so on my mix26-wedding card I made my own stencil using a paper medallion I made using a corner punch. I used light green chalk. When I was done chalking that I really liked how the stencil itself looked so I used it on my mix26 - birthday card. I am still waiting for my husband to fix my sewing machine, after puppy dog chewed the foot pedal off. So I have been using more brads than I usually would. The wedding card is for my daughter that got married 2 weeks ago. I kept wanting the Perfect card and today I think I made it. The birthday card is for my sister. Her birthday was earlier this month, and I wanted the Perfect card for her since I was already late. So hopefully I made it with my 2 perfect cards. LOL.

This is just such a neat card - I know your sister will love it! The flowers and butterfly are gorgeous, and the frame looks like a lace hankie. Love it!
