Sallie is one of my favorite stampers on SCS..her style is not only beautiful and artistic but her warmth and humor shine through on all the wonderful comments she leaves for others. I didn't get a chance to honor her when she was Queen before so I am happy for this second chance. My card is loosely based on this card of hers. This is also for the MIX challenge which was to use stencils..my bg was made with my gelli plate, stencils, and acrylic paints. I added the diamond border (F4A179) with a homemade stencil and distress ink. The woman's face is stamped on mulberry paper. Here's to you Queen Sallie!!

Oh, Polly, thank you ever so much! I knew your inspiration card immediately....and I love your sunny take on it....and using that great new fun tool "Gelli". Your bg is fantastic with your various colors and stencils. Really a wonderful "Polly" card!
