After dry embossing the Stampin' Up Manhattan flowers, I water colored each flower with an aqua pen & distress inks. When dry I sprayed Pearl glimmer Mist over each rose (a lovely soft, shimmery effect, not really discernable in the photo). The greeting stamped in grey ink, a softer effect for a sympathy card. It all looked a bit flat, so I tied sheer ribbon & bow around, allowing the full design to still be seen.
For the Duets central theme: Sympathy & Flowers always go together.

Your coloring is fantastic on those roses! I never think to do this but it caught my eye right away in the gallery. What great shading you achieved. This is truly a beautiful sympathy card!
