Okay, I tried combining 2 challenges into one: TLC438 (Metal Foil Tape), and CAS229 (Primrose petals, Sahara sand, calypso coral +white).
I tried to achieve the look of an old photo with and old tarnished silver frame. Unfortunately I did not have black acryllic paint. So I used dark gray and ended up wiping most of it off. I then sprayed with some gold perfect pearls spray. Again wiping most off (not intentionally). Last but not least, I decided to try to paint on a bit of black alcohol ink and wiped off quickly before it dried. For finishing touch, I weaved a white ribbon through the frame and tied a ribbon at bottom. Not sure I like the finished result, but I tried :(
Thanks so much for taking a closer look. Hope you like it

You know I love vintage and I think you did a fantastic job with your silhouette!! I like the tarnished frame you created, using what you had on hand (good thinking). This looks like something that would be hanging in a colonial home (weren't they big on silhouettes??). Wonderful card!

I think you definitely achieved the look of an old fashioned silhouette locket picture, Barb. The foil tape technique sounds like a LOT of work, but you persevered to create a lovely card.
