Today's Queen for the day challenge is to honour past queens with screen names starting with A to B. I started making this card when Audrey Ann was chosen as queen (QFTD137), but kept tinkering with it over a few weeks. Here is her card I chose to CASE: Serene Spring for Anne QFTD58 & DD Monthly Theme by AudreyAnn at Splitcoaststampers. Audrey Ann makes such elaborate and exquisite cards!
I didn't know how to put together the detailed embellishments the way Audrey Ann did, so it sat on my shelf all this time until today. I'm glad Trish gave us this challenge! By the way, the dimensions are 8 in. x 8 in. More of a wall art piece rather than a card. It's now being displayed in my living room rather than hiding on the shelf : )

What a fabulous case of Audrey's card, Becky! So glad you were persistent with this beauty! I love the colors and lovely sponging to add depth! Beautiful piece of art, and I don't blame you for hanging it on your wall! BTW, I've seen many cards with the splatter technique, but I think like you do in that I'm afraid I'll mess it up! My splatter was a stamp made that way, so it was easy to use. Have a great day!
