I'm always happy when Teapot Tuesday can celebrate a happy occasion. Today we are celebrating the 100th birthday of an SCSer's mother, and creating cards for her. We're going with a sewing theme, and this cute image (sent to me in a recent Tickle by Kokirose) seemed perfect. I added stitching around the main panel. The diecut button started its life as hot pink, but I sponged on some red to make it work.

What a stylish colour combination and what a sweet card. I love seeing those pin-cushions, they remind me of the first one I had in a sewing box when I was about 7. I hope all the pins are stuck in round the edges so that little mouse doesn't spike himself!!
