When I saw this pretty purse on the inspiration site for today, Poketo, and then saw that some friends first granddaughter was born today, a card popped into my mind. I knew I still had some paper in my stash that I'd made eons ago using the shaving cream method, and I had just picked up these baby girl banner sticker on clearance. I made a 5x7" card to fit the scale of the sticker. That enabled me to add a big cream rose in the corner. I stamped my sentiment and added polka dots then punched and layered on another punched piece.
It is crazy to have my oldest DD's friends having babies...now that she's married it is hard to turn off those thoughts of being a grandma myself!

What a great card! Love your flower and your SC bg (I have to try that one day). Wonderfully sweet and so well done.
