Looks Like Spring Stamp set, Pink & Green, Vellum Overlay, Trellis-Look, Feminine.
Large flower randomly stamped on Vellum Paper using Pretty In Pink classic (difficult to see in photo but very pretty in person).
"Trellis" is stamped using White Craft, embossed with White EP, then the edges were cut out with a pair of very small scissors so the sides would not be straight, which adds to the "trellis" effect. Little flowers are stamped with combo of Pretty In Pink and Regal Rose, embossed with Crystal Clear EP, then punched out.
Vellum flower on tag is stamped using Pretty in Pink, embossed with Crystal Clear EP and punched out. Used Regal Rose to stamp the diamond/harlequin pattern on the fold-over and the friend tag, added a narrow strip of Mellow Moss CS on the edge and tied it off with the Gingham Ribbon.
