I was just sure Iowa's state flower was a morning glory. Good think I checked my own facts. The bad thing is I could not find a digi of a wild rose, so I drew my own. My drawing skill are a little rusty, but I'm okay with how this turned out.

I think your drawing skills are great and you have made a beautiful, elegant feminine card. I really love it! (Could you draw me a bluebonnet-my state flower?)

Hey Kiddo....this is exquisite in every sense of the word! I'm truly amazed at your drawing ability...so glad you shared your talent. You colored them beautifully. The wild rose brings back memories of my Grandmother. Everyone had these roses in their yards. They were so fragrant. I still have one growing in my yard from my Mother. Thanks for sharing the Iowa flower and you truly have graced the gallery with a beauty. Happy 4th.

We have a wild rose growing over the back wall just now, and I think you've certainly captured the feel of it with your lovely drawing. I'm in the camp of the comment above, stick figures are pushing it, and I wouldn't even have tried to draw my own flower. Well done you! And all the beautiful lacy delicate layering is perfect with it.
