Linda (Holstein) thought of a great challenge today..to showcase your state's (province, country) flower. I knew what Minnesota's state flower was , the Lady Slipper, but locating a stamp of that flower was another story. Though I have a large catalog of stamps I didn't have that one. I did what any resourceful person would do..check Google image! The pink and white part is supposedly the slipper although I think it might look more like a bootie or moccasin. I guess that wouldn't sound right...hmmm

This is really lovely! Your two EFs are perfect together, and I love the pale pink against the darker one. Nice layering of the two, and great framing of this image! That green border is a perfect pull-together.

great job coloring, and thanks for the education! i've never even heard of a lady's slipper! i can see why it was named that... how fun for the person who did the naming. fun job, thanks for sharing. and very creative to find the image on the internet. love your coloring too.
