Here's my card for last week's Sketch Challenge. That large panel lends itself to anything! Love that!!
I started by stamping that AWESOME-LY NEW Dictionary background stamp (from SU) with Smoky Slate ink onto Very Vanilla cs. I inked up the Flowering Flourish image with my Gumball Green, Raspberry Ripple and Primrose Petals markers and stamped it over the Dictionary image. I then stamped the fancy, dancy flourish image with Jet Black StazOn and added my oval For the Newlyweds sentiment piece with Dimensionals and embellished with a Raspberry Ripple flower/rhinestone combo. Finally, I added strips of rhinestones to the flowering vines, layered this panel on Primrose Petals cs and adhered it to the Smoky Slate card base. Voila!

That is simply gorgeous! What a wonderful looking background stamp - it has the softness of a gessoed page but so much easier! And the combined stamped flourish and bling is beautiful.

Regina, I didn't see where SU had a dictionary b/g stamp. Darn, I would have bought it on my last order. Spent too much, so now I have to wait. What great colors and finishing touches with the rhinestones - are you a Pam Wanabe???? A really cool and super card!
